FAQ
-
Marketing OS is entirely hosted and complimentary–your room, meals, beverages, official event programming and recreation experiences are all covered. All we ask is for you to cover flights into/out of San Juan Airport.
-
U.S. citizens need a valid, REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another accepted form of TSA identification, like a passport.
-
Yes. Spouses and partners are welcome to select meals, evening gatherings, and select daytime activities. Please just include their name on your RSVP so we can plan accommodations and headcounts.
-
You’ll want to fly into and out of San Juan Airport (SJU).
-
The Four Seasons is a thirty minute drive from SJU. All transit will be coordinated with your flights and provided for both arrivals and departures. We just ask you to please provide us with your flight information once you’ve booked tickets.
-
Short answer: whatever you feel comfortable in. Longer answer: casual wear for our sessions, golf and workout gear for activities, a light sweater or jacket for cooler evening activities.
-
Expect highs in the 80s Fahrenheit, lows in high 60s. Short afternoon showers may occur, but generally March is one of Puerto Rico’s driest months.
-
You are welcome to tack on a few days prior to or after Marketing OS to explore Puerto Rico or simply enjoy more time at the Four Seasons at your own expense. (We have negotiated a reduced rate for three days prior/post our event.) We are also happy to coordinate and assist in your planning.
